Message Well, in your very first post you said you had compression. Fuel. Spark.

With respect to compression...

You didn't know. You assumed.

In one of your other posts, you said the plugs were fouled again.

But when I asked what they looked like, you said you didn't pull them.

You didn't know. You assumed.

You can't assume anything. You must verify and prove properly everything. I nor anyone else can help you properly if you are not providing accurate information because you are making assumptions.

So now you need to listen to the advice in some of these posts. Assume nothing. Verify everything. First, and foremost, compression. Your car will never run properly by messing with CAS, or any other electronic sensor or wire. Compression is 100% mechanical. Since you have a problem with compression it is MECHANICAL! Period.

You've said that the timing belt is set properly. Well, your next step will be to PROVE it. You need to tear the front down and verify the timing belt is in fact set properly. If all the timing marks are correct on both intake and exhaust cams and the main crank gear timing mark is aligned, you will be pulling your motor again to repair it.

There are no other steps to take now. Your compression problem is mechanical. The first step in verifiying that the engine ever had a chance at running properly is the timing belt being set correctly.

Tear it down. Verify. Report back with your findings. Don't post "it's not wrong" until you have torn it down and CHECKED! If it was wrong, and you've run it, you will find out either you are very very lucky - or you will find out you have bent valves - or some other mechanical problem creating your compression oddities.

Current list of things for Andrew to do:

1. VERIFIY TIMING BELT
